Possible Digressions No. 1
...Three stories intertwine leaving the spectator to choose which one is the actual main subject. A ball bounces against a wall, a crow goes about its business of hiding food among rocks, and a crane moves building materials from one location to another. These three subjects are used as a cynical metaphor for the subjective boredom we cultivate in contemporary North American television culture. And all the while, if we could only stop and just pay attention to what is really going on... someone is building, someone is storing food, and someone is playing.
